WHAT IT'S ABOUT

Clear ideas. Concrete application.

For first-reception teams who want to detect barriers, provide guidance with clear steps, and develop a mini care guide. Work involves fictitious walkthroughs or protocols validated by the organization, plain language, comprehension checks, , and consultation or referral according to current procedures.

For whom

Frontline staff for reception, information, social services, education, employment or participation; also teams from organizations that manage care services.

What you will learn

  • Identify physical, sensory, cognitive, linguistic, digital and relational barriers in a service pathway.
  • Write procedural messages with purpose, order, steps, channel and understandable wording.
  • Listen and check understanding through questions and reformulation, maintaining everyday privacy.
  • Delineate the role and communicate a next step or a consultation or referral according to the current circuit without promising interventions outside the service.

A question to ponderWhat would need to change so that a person can orient themselves without having to insist, guess, or repeat their situation?

Your result: Journey map with four barriers, possible effect, viable adjustment and a criterion to check it.
