WHAT IT'S ABOUT

Clear ideas. Concrete application.

For internal trainers, teachers and technical teams: turn a topic into a 60-minute workshop, rehearse it and improve it. Observable objectives, activities with participation options, facilitation of disagreements and useful evaluation are practiced, without presenting it as accreditation, a qualifying degree or a guarantee of outcomes.

For whom

Internal trainers, teachers and technical teams from companies, administrations, educational centers and social or community organizations who prepare or facilitate workshops for adults.

What you will learn

  • Write observable objectives and organize a coherent 60-minute sequence according to audience and context.
  • Design an activity and materials with participation alternatives and attention to barriers.
  • Facilitate disagreements with questions, listening, boundaries, and responsible consultation or referral, without humiliating or erasing discriminations.
  • Collect evidence using a , give descriptive and adjust the design after a brief rehearsal.
TOPIC BY TOPIC

The syllabus, no mystery.

Each module combines concepts, a practice and a question to build your own criterion.

  • Participating audience and purchasing entity: needs and context
  • Observable objectives versus general intentions
  • Content, cases and evidence of learning
  • Temporal map of a 60-minute workshop
We put it into practice.

Transform a vague objective into two observable objectives and draw the timeline of a micro-workshop for a specific audience.

A question to ponderWhat would a participant have to do or produce for you to recognize that they have learned, without asking them to share personal experiences?

Your result: Audience and context sheet, two observable objectives, and a 60-minute session map with times that add up to 60 minutes.
